Partnership proposal · Maxime Vanden Berg

Your compliance,
expertly automated.

A working partnership to turn CAT's compliance operations into a calm, automated system — LINE-first document intake, client visibility, deadline tracking and AI-assisted, human-validated workflows, built on top of the tools your team already trusts.

// Not custom software. Not a replacement for FlowAccount, PEAK, Xero or QuickBooks.

The shift

Keep LINE. Add control.

Nothing changes for your clients. Everything changes behind the scenes.

Today · scattered
  • Clients send documents through LINE, email and folders
  • Staff manually sort, rename and route files
  • Missing documents tracked from memory and spreadsheets
  • Deadlines live in calendars, files and staff heads
  • Clients ask for status repeatedly
  • Management sees risk only when something nearly slips
With the OS · governed
  • Clients keep using LINE as their front door
  • Documents route into the secure client vault
  • Missing items become continuously visible
  • Thai compliance deadlines live on one dashboard
  • Staff work from clear queues, not chat threads
  • AI proposes, humans validate, everything is logged

Preview · the product

This is what CAT looks like once it ships.

From the public front door to the firm's control room — the real surfaces of the system, configured for CAT. Names and numbers shown are illustrative.

01 Public contact page · chat or book in seconds
CAT public contact page with LINE and WhatsApp chat options and a book-a-call button
02 Conversation AI · one assistant, LINE + WhatsApp
The AI assistant qualifying a client across LINE and WhatsApp and booking an intro call
03 AI-boosted intake · from first hello to a booked call
Four-step onboarding: prospect writes, AI qualifies, a call is booked, the firm OS receives a brief
04 Client portal · clients self-serve, bilingual

The method

Three steps, one logical order. Diagnosis always opens the way.

A modular approach — we move one building block at a time, and nothing is deployed before the ground has been mapped.

01

The diagnosis

Workflow audit & mapping

We follow how documents, deadlines and client requests actually move through CAT today — where time leaks, where information gets lost, what the team re-does by hand every week. The output is a clear picture of your operations and a prioritised blueprint of what to automate first.

  • Interviews and observation of the real, day-to-day workflow
  • Mapping of document flows, deadlines and friction points
  • Prioritised implementation blueprint, pilot scope defined
02

The build

Implementation & deployment

We configure the CAT workspace and roll out the modules from the blueprint, in priority order, integrated with the tools CAT already uses. Every module is tested with your staff before it goes live — nothing is imposed, everything is adopted.

  • Vault, intake flow, missing-doc tracker, deadline dashboard, task & validation queues
  • AI classification, client portal, audit trail — configured for Thai compliance
  • Staff onboarding and hands-on training
03

The long game

Pilot, optimise & scale

We run the system live with a controlled set of clients, then widen the scope on evidence — not promises. We monitor performance, refine, and extend across service lines as the pilot proves its value on CAT's real data.

  • Controlled pilot with 20–30 selected clients
  • Continuous monitoring, optimisation as volume grows
  • Progressive rollout across staff, clients and service lines

How we work together

A clear, fair structure — built to keep the partner spirit we started with.

As discussed from our first meeting, here is how I'd frame the collaboration. Every point is open to adjustment.

Monthly participation

50,000 THB / month

Covers a minimum of 68 hours of my work each month. If the project needs more of my time, I cover those hours myself.

Infrastructure

Covered by CAT

Direct digital infrastructure — AI tools, software, databases, hosting, APIs — billed to the project itself.

Revenue share to CAT

20–30%

On opportunities from your team or network: ~20% for referrals, up to 30% when CAT is actively involved in sales, client management and coordination.

Point of contact

Just me

I remain your only contact, working directly with you and the CAT team — keeping the family and partner spirit we had from the start.

Why this shape. The monthly participation is mainly there to give me the stability to focus properly on CAT. The bigger, long-term value comes from what we build together — and the opportunities we can open through your network.

I've already started working on the project and I'm keeping my availability light on other clients, so CAT stays the priority.

Next step

Let's keep moving forward — together.

If any point in this structure isn't quite right for you, I'm completely open to reworking it. The only thing that matters is a structure that's clear and fair for everyone, so we can build with confidence. A quick message is the easiest way to pick this up.
